Through this parenting presentation, you’ll gain a better understanding of how the world appears to your introvert—and what you can do to be as supportive as possible. You’ll learn the best ways to help introverts harness their strengths, step outside their comfort zones with authenticity, and deepen their relationships with others.
You will learn:
- Insightful information about the introvert/extrovert spectrum and ways to help your child set comfortable flex goals;
- Useful tips on taking “restorative niches”;
- Effective approaches to help your child navigate in person and virtual classes.

In this series, you will explore ways to honor your true self while stretching to achieve your goals and build stronger relationships with colleagues, friends and family.

- Harnessing your Strengths while Stepping Outside your Comfort Zone
- Managing your Energy: Making Time and Space for Solitude or Socializing
- Navigating Differences: Bridging the Communication Gap between Introverts and Extroverts
- Unleashing the Creative Potential of Self and Others: Inclusive Teamwork Strategies
- Stronger Together: Parenting and/or Partnering with your Opposite
